OK. My Keto Paleo minions Just got done reading this book. Astounding! This is not a caveman book, this is a book on Keto Adaptation. WOW! All the research as well as the Biology are very sound and really backs up a lot of the thing that I have been playing with.

Lots of great information on utilization of the bodies two different fuel sources. Glycogen and Ketones and how it effects the rest of the body in a performance atmosphere. Less oxidative stress, larger fuel source, better V02 maxes etc.
Warning. Lots of Science. It was definitely written by a research scientist.
This is a must read for everyone looking to achieve optimal performance!
