Keto German Chocolate Cake
Yep, you read that right! Keto German Chocolate Cake. Not scoring high on the keto paleo side but hits a legit Keto. Although, guaranteed if caveman found this in the woods he/she would be eating it!
Cake
8 Eggs
1 Cup Granulated Swerve
1 Cup Almond Milk
1/2 Cup of Heavy Cream
3/4 Cup Coconut Flour
2 Cup Almond Flour
4 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
9 Tablespoons of unsweetened Cocoa
1 Stick of Butter.
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
Process
1.Preheat Oven to 350 degrees,
2.Grease 9×13 Pan
3.Blend Eggs, Swerve & Butter
4.Alternate Remaining dry ingredients With wet ingredients until blended
5.Pour in 9×13 pan
6.Bake ~25mins
Frosting
3/4 Cup Swerve Confectioners Sugar
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Stick of Butter
5 Egg Yolks, Whisked
2 Tablespoons Vanilla
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
2 Cups unsweetened, Shredded coconut
1 1/4 Cups Pecan Pieces
Process
1.Melt butter and sweetener in a saucepan. Bring to boil and remove from heat.
2.Add heavy cream and whisk on low heat for 5 mins or until thickened.
3.Whisk eggs and add a small amount of cream mixture to eggs to tempur eggs
4.Pour eggs into saucepan and whisk again 5 minutes – do not boil
5.Add vanilla, coconut & pecans
6.Pour over cake.

What do you think the carb protein break down is on this?
I had figured it out once. I’ll have to rerun the numbers and let you know. Mostly how big of piece you decide to cut. I’m working on developing another app for the KetoCheck family.
