Shredded chicken fajita bowl

The crockpot has to be the best invention in the 21st century. Cavemen would have loved it….if they didn’t have fire that is.

Chicken breast
1/2 White onion
1 Green pepper (optional, i didn’t use one this time)
tsp salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
2 TBSP chili powder
1 TBSP cumin
Fresh cilantro
Diced tomato

Place all the ingredients except tomato and avocado into your crockpot and put 3 to 4 inches of water in it. let cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 6-8 hours. When its dinner time take the chicken breasts out and shred them with two forks. Place it into a bowl and top with diced tomatoes and avocados and enjoy!
