    Keto Diet is going awesome. Gotta say I’ve never been so successful just eating reactively. Not really watching any Macros at all. Just keep my fat high and my carbs low. I’m lean as hell and my training is going awesome. No carbs since August 12th.
    Training is going great. Squats went well this week. Solid Single at 475 on the Squat. DL was a solid 545. Form was off but still muscled up through it. Bench was great. Didn’t have my lift off guy Bob Biersbach and grabbed a kid at the gym. Nate Gruber, ended up doing really well. I hit a solid 415 touch and go. 4brd was awesome. 465×3 and went 485 and got 1 almost 2. I was more gassed then anything. Previous 4brd was 2@445 3 weeks prior. Where do I think the strength came from? I had Shannon Miles workout the knots in my arms, Especially my Biceps. Shannon gets deep like no other.

Darilyn:
    This week I worked up to my squat and bench openers. They both went extremely well, i’m totally ready to go now!! Worked up to 475 squat with no knee wraps (opener will be 474) and 405 bench (opener will be 407). This week i’ll continue my normal accessory stuff. I’ll make sure I get lots of rest this week. I’m feeling pretty good at this point, can’t wait!!
