Well there are some changes this week…for the good. So far lost 6 pounds since last monday morning. Has my birthday last weekend and ate way more than I should have and as a result started out at 169.2 monday morning. Today I was 163.2. Starting to get in Ketosis. Usually take 2-4 weeks. To measure how far into ketosis you are you have to pee on a keto stix which can be purchase just about anywhere. Today I was between trace and low. So the process has begun!
Started breaking in my new Overkill briefs of Friday. They are extremely tight and are going to work perfect for me. Took me about 30 minutes to get on. I ended up doing 445 to a 17 inch box (super high,i know) and just missed 465. That is way more than I ever done in just briefs so I’m very happy with how that went. Yesterday I put my new Overkill shirt on and started breaking that in. Its a double ply chest with triple ply arms. I ended up getting 445 to a half board and just missed 465 to the half board at lockout. So far I am very happy with my training!
As a prep meet I’ll be doing the APF/AAPF Ohio state meet in columbus on Sep. 23rd. I’ll be doing the full meet. I’m about 5 weeks out.

Well training and diet are coming along. I’m not keeping track of macros yet. Just eating meat and fat. (being lazy) Saw a little bit of Ketones on the Keto stix today. See if I can make it through the weekend. Weight loss is really down. Granted I hogged it up the Sunday before this venture with pizza, Ice Cream and Cake bulking up to about 219. (most of that food in my guts) but weighed in this morning at 208-208.4. Not sure if I’ll even be 220 once full keotsis kicks in.
Training is ramping up. Squatted a double at 435 yesterday, and pulled 495 with a 4″ deficit. (bar slipped out right at the top. Knurling sux on our bars. Feel free to donate one to us) Bench is ramping up post pec injury. I’ll have a heavy single this seek to see where I’m at.
I Decided to add pics….just to see if the body changes that much.

Keep your eye on our progress. We’ll try and update once a week!.
