This weeks updates from Jamie and Darilyn!

Darilyn: 
    This week my weight hasn’t moved much. I ran into this problem the last time I dieted. It has to do with my digestion and i’m in the process of figuring it out. My ketones are higher than last week. I’ve been testing them at night are they have been in the moderate to high range which is good to know I’m finally using fat as energy instead of glucose!
    This sunday was the 2nd time in my bench shirt and I got 450 to touch my chest, couldn’t press it though because I got handcuffed. So I did the same with with a half board and got it…only thing is my butt came up which is a problem i’ve been having lately. Not too sure why either?? But training is going good and things are on track to big PRs!

Jamie:
    Dieting is going surprisingly well. I have pretty large Ketone as far as the keto styx are concerned. Admittedly I have not started paying attention to my macros other than I know I’m eating a ton of fat. I’ve also added 1-2 boulion cubes a day. This is supposed to keep the Carb Flu at bay in the begining weeks and help with strength. I’ll have a post on it in a while. Makes me look like I’m holding a ton of water under my skin though too. Which I probably am. I weighed 207 the other day.  
    
    Lifting is right on track. Actually a little better. I hit a solid 455 Squat on Friday. Went 465 and fell back in the hole a little. I’m still getting used to NOT walking it out as funny as that sounds. Bench is ramping up. Training Thursday morning instead of evening is taking some getting used to. But no injuries to speak of. Tightness in pec is all gone.
