Every once in a while we get that urge for something tasty. Well what can you say, growing up in a society where there is a tasty treat commercial every time you turn around it’s hard to ignore. The dilemma we are having is not messing up our keto-adaptation while still getting yourself a treat. So I guess the real cheat is leaving the criteria for Paleo but not introducing a ton of sugar ruining your keto adaptation. What’s the answer? Something Creamy.

Jamie:
My particular treat I have called a Strawberry Fatty. This has over 80 grams of fat! Yep Mmmmm Should be good.
-1.5 cups of heavy whipping cream. (120g of fat!!) 
-Ice
-3 Big Strawberries
-Cinnamon
Throw it all in the blender and let it mix!. What you get is a delicious treat that will keep you in ketosis!

My treat involved heavy whipping cream as well. I kind of treated mine more as a cereal rather than a shake.
-1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
-1/2 cup frozen blueberries
-cinnamon
take a small bowl and eat up! the cream kind of freezes to the berries so its basically ‘ice cream’…without the sugar and crap in normal ice cream.
The last day I got a little more creative and added  fresh raspberries and also coconut flakes to it. Now that is a treat! Just not a weight loss friendly treat!
