Porchos! A great Keto friendly treat for you!

Every once in a while you may get a craving for a treat but don’t want to get knocked out of Nutritionl Ketosis. Admitadly this falls low on the 50 Shades of Paleo Scale with it being heavy in dairy. But as I have said before. If you use the treats as an excpeption and not the rule you will be very successful in your goals.

1 bag of Pork Rhines

1 bag of Nacho Cheese

1 bag of Mozzarella

1 bag of Shredded Lettuce

Butter

Sour Cream

hamburger (optional) Cumin, Chili pepper, salt, Pepper.

Low Carb Salsa

Cholula Sauce

I like to make mine in a 9×13 Glass pan. Butter the pan and put a ligt layer of cheese down. Lay down  bed of Pork rhines. I brown the hamburder in a frying pan with some different spice to give it a Little Mexi taste. Lay down another layer of cheese topping that layer with some mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 350 for about 10-12 mins. Looking of crispy cheese in the edges of the pan.

Add traditional Mexican toppings to taste. Sour Cream, Guacamole, Avocado, Low carb Salsa Shredded Lettuce, Some Cholula Sauce.
