Fall is in the Air and it’s time to go white girl crazy for that traditional Pumpkin Spice Latte. All over the world women are pulling up their skin tight yoga pants, large cozy hoodies and putting on their fashon boots and heading out with their smug, coffee held high, walk! (aka the Starbucks walk)
Well keto paleo subscriber and fellow White Pumpkin Spice Latte Crazy Girl Ariel, has saved us all with her fall recipe for the Pumpkin Spice Keto Cappunccio recipe. Check it out!
- 10oz of Starbuck fall Blend (duh, Starbucks, O.M.G.)
- 1/2 Scoop of Quests Vanilla Protein powder
- 1 Scoop of Quests Coconut Oil Powder, (alt. Quest MCT oil Powder)
- 1 TBSP of 100% Pure Pumpkin Canned Pumpkin (from the baking section)
- 1 TBSP of Heavy Whipping Cream (She used land O’ Lakes)
- 1/2 tsp of Pumkin Spice
- 1/4 tsp of Cinnamon
2 Packets of Stevia in the RawToo be determined. Found out that is basically Dextrose. It may just be well enough with the Quest Vanilla proteins sweetener. or… Might have to go to Truvia? Maybe NOW brand Better Stevia (it’s liquid) without dextrose. Or was told to look for Yacon. *Thanks Carolina from Washington
Run in the Blender for about 5 secs and Poor!
Now if you wanted to make this a complete fall combo you could easily add a Cinnamon roll from QuestKeto
