I set out to make my own plyobox. I felt I was crafty enough that I didn’t need to pay for one and figured it would be half the price. I was right. It was $55 in materials from Lowes.
I am going to do this box over a different way. Notched out version without a bottom board. Try to make it lighter so look for that post. Also a 12″ box. I am no engineer so these are just suggestions. Build and jump at your own risk. LOL
I used 3/4 plywood. Had them cut it for me. Which is a huge advantage to have nice straight cuts.

Some screws and wood glue.
**What I think I will do next time on these corner pieces is run them the full length to add more support to the side pieces.
I glued every joint and I put screws approximately every 4 inches. I also drilled small pilot holes before screws.
I just printed my own stencils on Card Stock and cut them out with an xacto. Saves some money on buying Stencils
