21 weeks into 44 week Nutritional Ketosis Experiment: Just thought I’d post a little training update. Not huge numbers but a lot of work.

Came home. Couple hours later 9 year old son reminded me I’d run a mile with him. Did so. It was slow, but he’s working on it. My goal wasn’t to leave him in the dust but encourage him to exercise.

Really wasn’t that bad at the end of it all. Maybe had 20 carbs all day from green veggies. ya know you need sugar to do that kinda work! LOL
